Precision compliance,
built by practising Company Secretaries.
Beyonte Compliances was founded on a simple observation — most companies don't fail compliance because the law is unclear, they fail because deadlines get buried under everything else running a business demands. We exist to make sure that never happens to the companies and LLPs we work with.
“Compliance shouldn’t be the thing founders worry about at 11pm before a deadline. It should be invisible — handled, tracked, and done.”
From a single ROC filing to a full-service secretarial practice.
Beyonte Compliances started with a narrow focus: helping a handful of early-stage private limited companies stay current on their ROC filings when nobody in-house had the bandwidth to track MCA21 deadlines. What began as director appointment and annual return filings for a small group of startups grew, largely through referral, into a full company secretarial practice covering everything from share capital restructuring to LLP compliance and registered office relocation.
What hasn't changed
Every filing we take on — whether it's a single DIR-12 or a complete MOA and AOA overhaul — goes through the same discipline: understand the underlying corporate action, draft every supporting document correctly the first time, and file well within the statutory window. That discipline is the reason clients who came to us for one filing usually stay for every filing after.
Where we are today
Today, Beyonte Compliances supports private limited companies, LLPs, One Person Companies, and Section 8 companies across India — all filings completed digitally on the MCA21 portal, regardless of where a client's registered office is located. Our team combines company secretarial expertise with a genuine understanding of how founders and finance teams actually operate, so advice is practical, not just technically correct.
Our Mission
To remove statutory compliance as a source of risk or distraction for Indian companies and LLPs — by handling every ROC filing, board resolution, and MCA21 submission with the accuracy and timeliness a practising Company Secretary is trained to deliver, so founders and directors can focus entirely on building their business.
Our Vision
To be the compliance partner Indian businesses default to the moment they incorporate — known not for filing forms, but for catching issues before they become problems, and for making corporate governance a strength rather than a statutory obligation to get through.
The principles behind
every filing we make.
These aren't wall posters — they're how we actually decide what to do when a filing gets complicated.
Accuracy Over Speed
A fast filing that gets rejected costs more time than a careful one. We verify every resolution, form, and attachment before it ever reaches the MCA21 portal.
Deadlines Are Non-Negotiable
Statutory windows don't bend, so neither do we. Every pending filing is tracked from the day the underlying event happens, not the week before it's due.
Plain-Language Advice
We explain what a filing means for your company in plain terms first, and only get into section numbers and clause references when it actually helps you decide something.
Transparent, Fixed Fees
No hourly surprises. Every service is quoted upfront, with government fees and stamp duty called out separately so there's never an unexplained line item.
Long-Term Relationships
We'd rather be the firm you call for every filing over ten years than win one transaction. That means being honest even when it's not what a client wants to hear.
Confidentiality By Default
Corporate filings often involve sensitive information — cap tables, disputes, ownership changes. Client data is handled under strict confidentiality at every stage.

Built out LLP compliance practice
Brought on dedicated expertise for LLP Agreement drafting and Form 3/4/5/11 filings to serve partnership-structured clients.

A team of practising
Company Secretaries.
Every filing is reviewed by someone qualified to catch what a template can't — not just processed through a checklist.
Company Secretarial Advisory
Reviews every board and shareholder resolution before filing, and advises on the correct statutory procedure for each corporate action.
ROC Filing Desk
Handles form preparation, DSC application, and submission on the MCA21 portal, tracking every filing through to ROC acknowledgement.
Documentation & Drafting
Drafts resolutions, consent letters, agreements, and statutory declarations tailored to each client's specific filing requirement.
Client Coordination
Manages communication end to end so clients deal with one person throughout a filing, not a rotating queue of case handlers.
Governed by the same standards we help you meet.
Companies Act, 2013
All company filings are prepared in line with the current provisions of the Companies Act and applicable Rules.

LLP filings follow the Limited Liability Partnership Act and its associated e-Form requirements on MCA21.

Board and general meeting processes are advised in accordance with applicable Secretarial Standards (SS-1, SS-2).
Data Confidentiality
Client documents, MCA21 credentials, and corporate records are handled under strict internal confidentiality protocols.
